Lifting and Recovery Bags
Catch Bags, are used to “catch” the vehicle when up-righting it for a soft landing and to prevent a secondary tip-over. They are built to prevent dangerous and uncontrolled descent of any vehicle or object.
Low-pressure lifting bags are used for lifting very large objects. They have special Top Grip pads bonded to the top and bottom of the bag which offer heavy duty protection from slipping, puncture, abrasion and premature wear. Low-pressure lifting bags are primarily used for up-righting trucks, rail cars, and other types of vehicles or structures.
Medium-pressure lifting bags provide high lifts. They have a soft footprint which makes them ideal for lifting softer structures since the lifting force is spread over a wider area.
High-pressure lifting bags are used for lifting the heaviest loads. High-pressure lifting bags exert maximum force in a concentrated area, making them ideal when lifting rigid structures in tight places. Their unique structure also allows for use in load shifting, heavy truck or aircraft recovery and different moving situations.
There are four distinct models of the high-pressure lifting bags:
8 BAR - SLK MODEL
8 BAR - SLK-L MODEL
8 BAR - SBF-H MODEL (FLAT BAG)
10 BAR - SLK-H MODEL
Accessories for operating the 8 bar and 10 bar high-pressure lifting bags are also available.
